*Guarantor
The tenant is required to have a guarantor who will take responsibility for payment of the rent or repair cost when the tenant can not make payment. The guarantor is usually a private who has an income above a certain level.

*Key money
A non refundable fee equivalent to 1 to 2 month rent that is paid as a gift to the landlord at the time of contract

*Deposit
is used to cover eventual future damage to the apartment. The deposit minus the cost for repairs and cleaning is refunded when you move out.

*Agent's fee
Commission to be paid to the real estate agent., equivalent to 1month rent.
