Applicant requirements:
1) Ability to move to Higashine or Shinjo in Yamagata
2) Willingness to study for and obtain an approved TEFL certificate within the first year of employment (for those not already holding one) Compensation is reduced by 10,000 yen per month for those without internationally accredited qualifications and will be restored once qualifications have been obtained.
