We are looking for someone that's energetic with an approachable friendly personality, and also the ability to communicate and work as a team member. This position consists of engaging and interacting with customers to create sales during our trial/sales events. We will provide the necessary marketing and sales strategies, tips, and information, to assure confidence while engaging and interacting with customers. However, having some knowledge or experience in sales, is a PLUS and preferred. The applicant must be able to speak Japanese and English in order to communicate with our staff, customers, and interpret conversations between our non-Japanese speaking staff and customers. The duration of our trial/sales events is 1-3 hours, based on the locations. We host trial/sales events at schools, gyms, and sports teams facilities. Since we host trial/sales events at different locations in Mie, being able to travel is important. The compensation for this position is a base pay of 5,000yen, travel expenses, and a 10% commission of the total sales from the event.
