Join Our Team at a Unique Pre-International School in Osaka

Hello!
We are a warm and welcoming pre-international school located in Osaka, Japan. Our community is home to approximately 50 children from a beautifully diverse mix of backgrounds — about half are Japanese, and the other half come from international families. In total, our students represent nine nationalities and cultures, creating a vibrant, inclusive environment where children learn, play, and grow together.
Our philosophy is simple yet profound:
We are not “the school that makes children happy,” but “the school that fosters the ability of children to create their own happiness.”
While English education is important, we place even greater value on nurturing the foundations that allow children to be free, confident, and proactive members of a global generation.
We are looking for a teacher who resonates with this vision — someone who is passionate about creating a better environment for both children and staff, and who believes in the power of education to shape independent, joyful lives.
We also care deeply about the wellbeing of our team.
• No overtime
• 10 days to 2 weeks off during summer and winter breaks
• 125 scheduled holidays per year, plus paid leave
We believe that when teachers thrive personally, they can bring their best selves to the classroom.
At out school, we view work as a meaningful contribution to society — and also as something that enriches your own life.
We believe a company should be a place where this vision can be realized together with your colleagues, and where you can put it into practice every day.
As our school continues to grow, our contribution to society should grow with it — and so should the quality and richness of life for our staff.
If this sounds like the kind of place where you’d like to grow and contribute, we would love to hear from you.
Wishing you a wonderful day!
