You can easily access places in the center of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo station, Ueno, and Akihabara from Warabi station. There is a convenience store and produce shop, and a shopping area in front of the station so you can always have access to everyday necessities. The welcoming and farewell parties that tenants plan, as well as tenants playing soccer and basketball together makes life in Warabi exciting! The house is very comfy and the tenants are like a big family! Participating in local traditional events really makes you feel closer to Japanese culture too! The house’s shared facilities include a large kitchen, shower rooms (women’s only also available), toilets, a spacious living room, dual language TV, PC, bicycle area, and vending machines. Each private room comes with a desk, chair, air conditioner, small refrigerator, closet, bed, free internet connection, and digital TV service, so you can easily adjust to your new lifestyle. The house’s entrance is protected by a number-coded auto-locking door so tenants are safe and sound. JF House Warabi offers the cheapest initial cost of any guesthouse in the capital area.
